Why I started Scarlet Pinnacle
I’ve spent more than thirty years on construction and development projects, managing schedules, budgets, contractors and the hundred small decisions that decide whether a job finishes on time.
Real estate investors kept running into the same problems I’d spent my career solving: renovations that ran long, budgets that drifted, and no reliable way to know what was happening on a property they couldn’t visit. So I started Scarlet Pinnacle Realty to be their boots on the ground.
How I work
- I work for you, independent of your contractor.
- You get photos and a written update after every visit.
- Problems get flagged early, with options, while they’re still cheap to fix.
- Nothing changes on your project without your sign-off.
