Construction project management for real estate investors
Your boots on the ground in Dallas-Fort Worth. I manage the project so you can focus on finding your next property.
What I handle
Pick one service or all of them. Every project gets the same thing: someone on site who tells you the truth about where it stands.
Site Visits & Inspections
I go to the property, walk the work, and send you photos and a written report after every visit.
Renovation Planning & Scope
A written scope, a realistic budget and a schedule before anyone swings a hammer.
Contractor Coordination
I keep the trades lined up, on schedule and working from the same plan.
Schedule & Budget Tracking
Where the money went, what’s left, and whether you’re still on schedule.
Quality Checks & Progress Reporting
Work checked against the plan, with photo reports you can share with partners or lenders.
Why investors hire a PMP
Most renovation problems are schedule, scope and money problems. Those are exactly what a project manager is trained to control.
- 30+ years managing construction and development projects
- PMP certified: scope, schedule, budget and risk, done the same way every time
- Independent of your contractor, so you get an honest report
- Photos and written updates you can forward to partners or lenders
- Based in Red Oak, working across Dallas-Fort Worth

Project management FAQ
Who is this for?
Real estate investors with a renovation or build in the DFW area, especially if you live out of the area or have more projects than you can drive to. Private lenders also use me to verify progress before releasing draws.
How do you charge?
It depends on the project size and how often you want visits. Send the project details and I’ll give you a straight quote.
Do you work for me or the contractor?
For you. I’m independent of your contractor, so the reports are an honest look at the work.
Can you step in mid-project?
Yes. I’ll walk the job, compare it to the scope and budget, and tell you where things actually stand.
