Meet Shirley Lutz, PMP

I’ve spent 30+ years managing construction and development projects. Now I put that experience to work for real estate investors.

I know what a job site looks like when it’s on track, and I know the signs when it isn’t. My job is to catch problems early, keep the work moving, and give you straight answers about your project.

Questions investors ask

Straight answers. If yours isn’t here, call or send a message.

What does a construction project manager do for an investor?

I act as your representative on the job. I visit the site, check the work against the scope, keep the contractors on schedule, track the budget and draws, and send you photos and written updates. You make the decisions; I make sure you have what you need to make them.

Do I need you if I already have a general contractor?

Your contractor runs the crew. I work for you, not the contractor, so you get an independent look at progress, quality and spending. Most investors use me because they can’t be on site themselves.

What areas do you cover?

I’m based in Red Oak, Texas and work across the Dallas-Fort Worth area. If your property is outside DFW, ask anyway.

How do I hear about properties for sale?

Submit your buy box. When a property matches your criteria, you’ll hear about it. You can also join the deal list to get every new opportunity by email.

Get new opportunities first

Join the deal list and new properties land in your inbox before they go anywhere else.
