Quality checks and progress reports on your DFW renovation
A house can look finished and still have problems behind the paint. I check the work against the scope, build the punch list, and make sure every item is closed before the final payment.
What you get
- Work checked against the scope and the finish selections
- Punch lists built and tracked to completion
- Photo progress reports you can forward to partners or lenders
- A final walkthrough before the last payment goes out

How it works
- 01
Check at each phase
Problems are caught before they get covered up.
- 02
Punch list
Every item written down, assigned and checked off.
- 03
Final walkthrough
Nothing gets signed off until it matches the plan.
Good fit if you are
- Investors listing or renting right after the renovation
- Partners and lenders who want proof of progress
- Anyone who has paid a final invoice and found problems later

Questions
Is this a home inspection?
No. It’s a construction quality check against your scope of work. If you need a licensed inspection for a sale or loan, use a licensed inspector.
Can my lender get the reports?
Yes. Reports are written so you can forward them as-is.
