Construction site visits for DFW real estate investors
You can’t be at every property. I can. I walk the job, check the work against the scope, and send you photos and a short written report after every visit.
What you get
- A scheduled visit (weekly, biweekly, or at the milestones you choose)
- Dated photos of the work, room by room
- A written report: what was done, what wasn’t, and anything that needs your decision
- Work checked against the scope of work and the contractor’s draw request
- A heads-up on problems while they’re still cheap to fix
How it works
- 01
Tell me about the property
Address, scope, contractor, and how often you want eyes on it.
- 02
I set the visit schedule
We agree on the cadence and what each visit checks.
- 03
Visit and report
Photos plus a written update after every visit, so you always know where it stands.
Good fit if you are
- Out-of-area investors with a property in DFW
- Local investors running more jobs than they can drive to
- Lenders who want an independent look before releasing a draw

Send the basics and I’ll get back to you within one business day.
Questions
How often do you visit?
As often as the project needs. Most investors pick weekly during active work or a visit at each draw milestone. We set it before work starts.
Do you replace my general contractor?
No. Your contractor runs the crew. I’m your representative on site: I check the work, track it against the plan and tell you what I see.
How fast do I get the report?
After every visit, with photos. We agree on the turnaround before work starts.
